Engaged the services of Easy Auto Ship on 11/19/19. This was my first experience using a car carrier. Got a quote and everything was going well I thought. Communication was good. Told Easy Ship my window for pickup was 1/6-1/8. That's because I was booked with an early flight on 1/9. They said no problem. Since my first pickup date was 1/6 and extended 3 days. I needed to rent a car for those 3 days to be mobile if in fact Easy Ship pickup was the first day of the window. Again no issue with Easy Ship and they said it would be fine $200 for the rental car. As we got to the pickup window, communication with Easy Ship became more difficult. Put on hold. Then answered and said they would call back. Now, it's the last day of the pickup window and I finally get a message that a company has been secured to pick up the vehicle on 1/8. So, I got a notice of the driver's name and driver phone. It's after 5pm on the last day and I'm flying out early in the morning. Called the driver's phone and it was a number for the driver's business. Mail box was full no message. Called Easy Ship and they were unsuccessful in locating the driver who was ficticiious. Had no choice but to cancel with EasyShip .I believe if it was true that Easy Ship secured this company by 6pm the day of last pickup I would have heard from somebody. NADA. Out $200 for the unneeded rental. Now, this vehicle that I wanted shipped is not with me, but 1000 miles from my winter home. Very disappointing experience.

Mike, I located your order and our records indicate that we absolutely did have a driver for you when we said we did. They were non-responsive when you called because their dispatcher was ill and went home early. I apologize for the experience that you had. We have already refunded you in full on 1/15. I assure you that there was no "fictitious driver" as that is not how we do business at all. It appears that their dispatcher did not communicate with their driver properly before she left early. Our Sales Manager will be reaching out to you today to see what we can do to make this situation right for you.
