I needed a car removed from an on-line auction site within 3 days of auction if I purchased a car during a bidding process. Hence, no hauler could be ordered prior to the auction. As I researched cars I liked, I also sought their cost for shipping. I found that Easy Auto Ship was always lower in price than other companies and that I could also email myself the quote and lock in the quoted price (www.look.live). When I decided on a few possible cars I called Easy Auto Ship. I was greeted by a wonderfully organized lady by the name of Gail Black. If everyone at this company is as nice, helpful, and efficient as Gail, it is truly a wonderful company. Gail allowed me to provide her with information on several potential cars for purchase, put them into her system, and asked me to keep her informed. I did not purchase the first car on my list, so called Gail with the bad news. She said "OK", how about the next one in Spartenburg, S.C. I said, " When it comes up for auction i will inform you of the date." She said, "OK". When the car came up for auction, I informed Gail of the auction date and time. A couple weeks later I purchased that car at approximately 9:30 a.m., called Gail to have her order a hauler, and went to my bank to transfer money to the company I purchased the car from. By 1:00 p.m. I was informed via email that the car had been paid for, so I called Gail to inform her that the car could be picked up that day. By 3:00 p.m. that day I received an email stating that my car would be picked up the next morning in Spartenburg S.C. The car arrived at my doorstep in Springfield, Illinois the next day at 11:00 am.. My car was purchased at an online auction on a Monday morning and arrived at my doorstep that Wednesday morning (750 miles). I highly recommend Easy Auto Ship, and that when you call you request that Gail Black assist you. Her (Their) service was very pleasant and exceeded my highest expectations.
