I shipped two cars from Cleveland to the Philadelphia area. I was skeptical at first when I saw Easy Auto Ship’s stellar ratings, as many other companies I researched had mostly poor reviews (for poor customer service, shipment delays, vehicle damage, scam pricing schemes, etc.). Also, I had a terrible experience with AmeriFreight (very poor customer service, quoted price TWICE as much as Easy Auto Ship) before reaching out to Easy Auto Ship, which added to my skepticism of car transport brokers. I can say now that Easy Auto Ship truly lived up to its 5 star rating on google reviews. Stephanie Douglas was the representative that I dealt with and she was amazing. She promptly responded to emails and text messages and she got me through a stressful situation with the utmost professionalism. Through no fault of Easy Auto Ship, the driver that was dispatched to ship my vehicles cancelled on the day of pickup (Larry, of L&S Auto Carriers LLC). I frantically called Stephanie at Easy Auto Ship and she had another driver pick up my vehicles within a few hours, for the same rate we had previously agreed upon. She also assured me that the originally dispatched driver would no longer be contracted by Easy Auto Ship. Oleg (Lion King Express) did a fantastic job transporting my two vehicles. He was on time for the pickup and stayed in communication throughout the process, letting me know when he was 20 minutes away from the pickup and drop off destinations. He dropped off my cars in a day’s time without damage to either car. He was very pleasant and friendly as well. The next time I need to transport vehicles, I will call Stephanie without hesitation.
