My vehicle transport experience, 10671-PH, begins with coming off a very exasperating attempt to ship a vehicle from Alabama to Colorado. After days of exhausting wrangling with 3 transport brokers in southeaster/Florida area which, due to the delay, resulted in my vehicle purchase falling through, A few weeks later, after finding another vehicle to buy and have shipped, I started randomly calling brokers one of which was Alan Perry of East West Auto Transport in Millis, MA. From the start Alan's response to my questions came across as forthright and sincere. This perception turned out to be very true. Alan took the time to explain the good and bad intricacies of the auto transport industry to me. I needed that as I was severely perplexed with the manner at which these 3 companies had conducted their business with me. Alan gave me an estimate and explained what it was based on and how he arrived at the charge for the transport. He quickly arranged for a transporter to pick up my vehicle and then continued to perform above the call of duty by expending a considerable amount of time defusing some obstinate and ridiculous questions proffered by the dealership concerning the viability of East West Auto Transport and the trucker he had contracted to physically move my vehicle. I sincerely believe had Alan not been my broker and taken the considerable time to act as an intermediary, my vehicle would still be at the dealership and they would probably still be holding my purchase money. At any rate, after a couple more hours of needless wrangling the driver got the vehicle loaded and on its way. Vehicle got to me on time and in excellent shape. If you want someone who is honest and upfront to a fault, who is very experienced in the trade and who cares about his customers, then Alan Perry of East West Auto Transport is your guy.
