After getting about 50 quotes I chose East West for a number of reasons:

I didn't feel like they harassed me with emails and phone calls every day after I asked for a quote. My car has been here for two weeks and I'm still getting calls and emails from some of the brokers, although I indicated that the car had to be picked up by May 28!

I was a first-time car shipper and Alan Perry took a lot of time to explain the process to me. He even took a call in the middle of Memorial Day weekend answer one of my questions.

It was a somewhat complicated pickup and delivery in terms of timing and pick-up/drop-off sites and he made it work.

The price was right in the middle of the wide range - not too low, and not too high. Too low would have made me wonder if they could deliver what they promised, and too high made me wonder why they thought they were worth that much.

The person I dealt with was bright and spoke good English. Yes, it matters.

I'd recommend them to anyone wanting to ship a car, especially up and down the east coast, which I think they specialize in.
