Disappointing

My initial contact with Earth was very positive. They seemed on the up and up and professional. However, thats where it ended. My vehicle was picked up on a Wednesday. It was a short 200 mile trip. I was told in would delivered Thursday. It did not show up nor was I called. I called in and was told the driver would call me, and it wouldbe delivered later that night or Friday. No one ever called. I called again on Friday for an update. Again, I was told the driver would call. He did not. I did call him after getting his number and was told delivery would be around 1 pm. The car did not show. Multiple calls to Earth and driver received not response. Finally, driver calls at 4:30 and tells me 1/2 hour. Great! (So you'd think). Never shows, and calls 2 hours later and says not coming. BUT will come Saturday 10 am the latest. Guess what, never showed again. MUltiple calls to Earth and driver went unanswered. I do not mind being late as things happen...but is a simple phone call too much to ask for??? To add insult to injury, the driver says I have to pay cash on delivery although I pre-paid for the shipping,( nobody was at Earth to deal with this) Finally after texting the driver that I will come pick the car up from wherever he is at, did I finally get a return call. He said he'd bring the car around 3:30 on Saturday, and he actually showed up! A bit later, but at least he showed up.
It was just and exteremely frustrating and disappointing experience which a few phone calls from Earth or the driver could have resolved. Probably serves me right for paying up front. I would never use this company again!
