I put down a $150 "deposit" for a total quote price of $725. This deposit was in actuality a commission for EZ Auto as they are not in fact the ones who ship the cars, you are literally paying them $150 to make a phone call...and they are not even good at that.

Once they took my money, they were very unresponsive. My car was ready on a Wednesday and they say the window in which they will pick up the car is 48 hours. At about 5 minutes to 5 on that Friday, after calling them over and over again, they finally tell me that they can't ship my car unless I give them another $150 for "gas fees." What really happened, is they found a car company at the last minute to ship my car for the price they quoted me, but if they didn't add $150 for a hidden fee, they wouldn't get their commission. After going back and forth, they finally agreed to split the "charge" with me in half. I of course have never seen this refund to my credit card nearly 3 months later, not to mention when my car was delivered it was damaged and filthy.

This company is a complete scam and the owner was extremely dishonest and rude. I definately do not reccoment this company by any means.
