Don't go there!

In mid March, after online quote requests, I spoke with Phil at EZ Auto Movers. I had a non operational Plymouth Fury in Roanoke, Va, that I wanted transported to Moundsville, WV.
Phil said that the non op was not a prioblem, and that if I got the deposit in right away, they would be able to pick the car up within a few days, a week at most, as they had carriers in the area at the time. This sounded good to me, so I sent the deposit in and told the seller in Roanoke to get the car to the curb where it could be picked up. My quote number was 15447.
Well, the car never did get picked up, and as it was non op and not licenced, the seller was getting really nervous about it being right at the curb. He feared the city tagging and towing it. After speaking with Steve, and then Joe a couple of times (when it did seem that an effort was being made to get a hauler for the car), I called at 2 PM on April 2nd, and Sandy told me that Joe said that he was not going to be able to place the car with a hauler, and that he would refund the entire deposit. I asked again, to be clear, if he had said the entire deposit. She said yes, all of it.
That was April the second.
It is now June the second, and I have had no response to repeated emails and questions asked at the "live help" area of their website concerning the deposit refund.
Not only have I not recieved all of the deposit, I haven't recieved ANY of it back, after 2 months.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after 2 months, I think that I have waited long enough.
Clearly, I would NOT use EZ Automovers or reccomend them to ANYONE. There have got to be transport companies out there that have some integrity and honesty, and some semblance of customer service.
I would go with one of them, as EZ Auto Movers clearly has none of these. Overall, my dealing with EZ Auto Movers was a very negative experience. Don't Go There!


UPDATE
I left a review a while ago, and you will notice that it was not refuted in any way.
I contacted them again via telephone and email, explained the situation in detail again, and was assured that it was a mixup and would all be taken care of.
Right.
The deposit was never refunded, as agreed to by Joe, and I haven't been able to get him by phone again.
I want to reiterate that there is no way I would EVER use this company again, or reccomend anyone else do so.
I had an online complaint Better Business Bureau report form filled out, but deleted it when Joe assured me that the deposit would be returned.
I was foolish. The deposit was never returned, and I am sure now that it never will be. I am going to fill out another BBB report and send it in.
Please DO NOT send any money to this company. You will be dissappointed.
And Joe, Phil, if you guys read these reviews, go ahead and refute this.
Better yet, send me my deposit back like you said you would in APRIL!
