What a mess!

Having my car transported with EZ Auto Carriers from Massachusetts to Texas was a struggle the entire time! I had originally requested that my car be picked up near the middle of the month because I was moving at the end of the month. A few days before that date I called, and they hadn’t scheduled anything. A truck ended up finally picking my car up the day before I moved. Whenever I called, they gave me the excuse that it was too hard to schedule because the car’s destination was so far away, although they had initially told me that there would be no problem. Shouldn’t they have figured the car’s destination into the scheduling process?! I feel like the only reason they told me that there wouldn’t be any issue is to get my money.

The transport also wound up costing me $1,200, which is $450 more than their original quote! In fact, that’s way more than any other company had quoted me. My contact, Josefina, seemed understanding, but she refused to take any responsibility for the mess that this turned into. Instead, they made it seem like it was somehow my fault because I wanted the car transported so far. She even asked if I would change my flight plans to pick up my car somewhere else! I feel like I was scammed. Don’t use EZ Auto Carriers unless you want to deal with a major headache and spend a bunch of extra money!

The only positive thing about this experience was that my car was delivered quickly after a driver picked it up. However, I attribute that more to the driver's ability than EZ Auto Carriers.
