Canceled on me after making me think everything was fine. Then would not answer calls or respond to emails. A serious scam. Need to be turned into BBB.
Allowed me to wait five days assuming all was fine. Then when I did call and got an answering machine I received an email saying my cancelation request was received. I never made such a request. I was only checking if the car would be picked up on time. again a serious scam!!!
