This was our first time using a transport company to ship a vehicle across the nation. The communication between ETS and us was very positive, courteous, and in a timely manner. This being the first time I had several questions and Mr. Gomez would promptly return my call and always answered my questions. Our family was very satisfied with the price quote and there were NO hidden charges. What they quoted is what was charged. The shipping company ETS hired to transport our vehicle came directly to our house with a closed transport truck. The vehicle was loaded into the truck and delivered at it's destination on the day they said it would be. The transport truck was so large it could not deliver the vehicle to the residence which was on a dead-end street, but the drivers made arrangements to deliver the vehicle to a nearby shopping center. The vehicle was reported to us as being delivered with no visible damage.
We were very amazed at how fast our vehicle was picked up and delivered. From the time we made our first phone inquiry about the possibility of shipping to final delivery two-thirds of the way across the nation it was about 1 week. We couldn't be more pleased with ETS shippers and would recommend them.
