It is very hard these days to find people who actually try to do their best. Although these guys do not control a lot of factors and mostly the drivers do, I will say they try their hardest to get stuff done. I mean I got updates from the customer service rep and they were very honest. That is really all I could ask for. It was delivered one day late but they notified me of the delay and explained dates are estimated. I recommend for sure. I did go into this expecting the worst and to my surprise found the process to be easy with Daniel at Dynamic.
