Great Experience for transporting car the first time

I was totally new to transporting my daughter Honda Civic 2015 from Houston to Midvale Utah and was bombarded with inquiries from multiple auto transport brokerage firms. Most company was professional but there were a few that employed scare tactics to get me to sign a contract weeks ahead of time. I spent a great deal reading reviews on most of brokerage company but decided to go with Dynamic Auto Movers. All auto transport brokerage firm has some level of negative feedback but the main reasons for me to pick Dynamic Auto Movers was how the owner responded to negative feedback. This is important since no one is perfect. Problem will happen but how the company work with the customer to resolve the issues make the different in my book. Justin (Dynamic Auto Movers representative) was up front with me since day one and did not try to get me to sign any contract. One thing unique with Dynamic Auto Movers is that they will only get credit card infor. once my car was picked up by the carrier but will not charge their fee until the care is delivered intact. The whole transaction was as perfect as it can be timing wise. My car was picked up a few days before I flew out to Midvale, Utah and arrived the evening two days later when I landed in Midvale. I was also very impressed with the carrier. He was prompt, professional and on time. I cannot think of a single negative thing through out the whole process.
