At the beginning of September 2017 I started email communications with Ms. Bloom to arrange movement of car from Michigan to California. We agreed upon a price, a contact person in Michigan, and approximate pickup dates. The pickup dates came and went with no information from Ms. Bloom. When I contacted her on October 17th for an explanation, she essentially blamed me for the delay in pickup. (I have recorded a history of emails between Ms. Bloom and myself which makes her comment questionable.) Ignoring "she said, he said", on October 18th I asked her to give me another date for car pickup. Today is October 30th and I have not heard back from her.
