Exeptionally poor customer service.

I was told by Jack Ryan that he could "definitely pick my vehicle up today for $950". A few hours later he called and said it would cost more due to the driver costing more. I informed him that I would have someone else do it for the agreed upon price, and his exact words to me were "thanks for wasting my time", then he hung up on me. When your company employs irresponsible, undependable, incompetent and pathetic employees such as Jack Ryan, you can be sure it is going to loose business. Jack Ryan is NOT a man of his word, nor does he have an ounce of integrity. Not to mention a man of principle. Good luck with him working for you, I will spread the word on who Not to use as an auto transport company.
