Absolutely Superb Service!!!

I am simply amazed at the superb service I received in the transport of my 2014 Mercedes. This car has sentimental value to me because it belongs to a very special relative who recently died and I bought it from the credit union because I wanted to keep it in the family. So, I gave Daniel a really hard time because I was extremely leery of the process and having to trust something so special to me with a company that I was not familiar with. But Daniel remained patient, kind and constantly reassured me thru emails and telephone calls until I was able to work thru my emotional issues and emailed him my authorization.

About 2.5 hours after Daniel received my authorization, I was notified that my car had been picked up from the South Florida location. I was totally shocked because I figured it would take a few days to find a driver, but I was pleasantly surprised at the speedy service. Then, my driver called me about 5 hours later to tell me he would be in my North Florida location around midnight and he wanted to know if that would be too late for me. I told him that would be fine because I am a night owl. My driver then called me again when he was about 15 minutes away. While I was signing the paperwork, my driver commented about the 2002 Mercedes in my garage and he just let me talk and cry as I began to tell him that I bought it from my relative who recently died when she was getting ready to purchase the car he just delivered.

I am forever grateful to Daniel and my driver for giving me such a wonderful experience. They both provided excellent service with genuine care for their client's apprehension and unique situations. As far as I am concerned, Dynamic Auto Movers is the only carrier-broker company I will recommend to anyone. May God continue to bless and prosper both Dynamic Auto Movers and my driver beyond their wildest dreams. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
