I contacted Derrick Beckford of Dynamic Auto Movers and told him I was flying from Minnesota to North Carolina to look at a Chevrolet Suburban to possibly buy . He took all my information with dates, locations, type of vehicle etc. and gave me a quote. He told me to call him as soon as I purchased the vehicle. I called him from the dealer immediately on Friday after I purchased the vehicle and told him it would be ready to be picked up the following Monday. He told me he would start working on the logistics right away. He called me on Saturday and told me he had someone lined up to pick up the vehicle on Tuesday (for delivery on Thursday) and asked if that was OK. I said that was fine, and commented to him about the speed of delivery (over 1300 miles). He followed up again Tuesday, saying that the Suburban had been picked up and was in route. He told me the driver would call me Wednesday (which he did), and also on Thursday within 1 hour of delivery (which he did). Derrick instructed me to call him as soon as the vehicle arrived (Thursday AM) which I did. The suburban had arrived in great shape.

This was the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle. I was hesitant, aware of all the things that could go wrong. My experience with Derrick Beckford at Dynamic Auto Movers was exceptional! He was always pleasant to deal with, always available when I called, and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. The entire transaction was EXECUTED FLAWLESSLY, due to Derrick's
attention to detail and excellent communications with me. I will definitely call him again if I have further vehicle shipping needs. He is great!
