The overall service was excellent. The lateness of the pick-up was due to a snow storm which would not allow the driver to pick up our vehicle because the streets and driveways were not plowed. John was in contact with us daily as to his arrival in FL. Through his efforts we arrived in Fort Myers and he arranged for his company to pick us up at the airport and bring us to his truck terminal and wait for him to arrive with our car. We only had to wait approximately 1 hour until he arrived. In this way we did have to inconvenience friends or hire a limo to take us to Siesta Key (Sarasota). He made great time in spite of a major storm which crippled states from the Carolinas to Massachusets.
