I selected this co after speaking with at least 10 other transport companies. Kelly was knowledgable and helpful. He also gave me info that was crucial in making a decision (it's difficult to compare apples to apples). He didn't mind my questions and welcomed the review site which is a big deal! In the end, I chose Door to Door because of Kelly and it being a family owned business. My car was picked up the first available day and it arrived 2 days later! Kelly knew the driver when I called to verify the pick up which made me feel more comfortable. The ONLY concern I had about the entire experience was that when the car arrived, a younger female friend had to sign for it as I was not there yet and she had to take the driver back to his truck. I guess this is necessary but had I known I would have made arrangements for someone else to do this. Not wanting to end on a down note...I would highly recommend Door to Door to anyone!!!
