In July '10, I had Door to Door Transport move a vintage car in an enclosed carrier from Connecticut to California. They matched the rate I was quoted by another company who failed to pick up the car and then within the week, Kelly at Door to Door got the car picked up and on it's way. Car came right on time. I then called Kelly up to transport 2 more cars in late August: one from Pennsylvania, the other from Florida. Kelly waived their fee on one of the cars and discounted the fee on the 2nd car since I was a repeat customer. He was on top of everything and cars came in great condition- one was delivered late due to a broken down transport truck and Kelly helped me to get the car rerouted to a different address since I wasn't going to be in town. Overall, great experience. I would recommend their services to anyone. Great communication- you get the dispatcher's phone # and if you want, the driver's cell phone # so you can check on your car's progress.
