Great Price - had a few minor issues

Lola emailed me with a quote that was about $200 less than everyone else. I called her and she walked me through the process. On delivery day, the driver was able to get his rig into my neighborhood and delivered the car right in front of my house, which was great! The car was delivered about 5 hours later than estimated due to the rig getting a flat tire on the way (understandable delay). I did have two minor issues. 1st - I originally had the check made out to Door to Door rather than the transport company. The dispatacher from the actual transport company told me to make it out to them instead, which caused me to make a second trip to the bank. Maybe I was told to make it out to the actual transport company initially, but I don't recall. 2nd - the temporary tag that the dealer put on the car had been torn off by someone which meant I could not drive the car for a few days until the dealer sent me a replacement. These are minor issues and it is hard to place the blame on the shipping company. Overall I am very satisfied and would use them again.
