After reviewing many websites along with an excellent recommendation from my neighbor for a company who did have high reviews and whom I did contact, my instinct told me Door to Door would be the best one for our situation. Wow, was I correct in my decision!!! As this was the first time I done this, I was very nervous throughout the process as we had a short window to make this work and the summer rush was beginning and rates increasing. Kelly did as he promised and kept the price we discussed even though the planned truck broke down and he had to find another driver ASAP who charged more money. Kelly kept our cost as agreed which meant he gave up his part to make that work. I highly recommend Door to Door and in fact my neighbor will now be contacting Kelly when they needs to use a transport company again. Kelly was honest, dependable and easy to contact. We received a great price and outstanding service. The car arrived in 7 days with no issues and the driver was pleasant and made certain I was aware of his arrival time. Kudos to Kelly and Door to Door and thank you for an outstanding experience!
