I have to say, these guys were amazing. They totally maintained their cool when another company came in and underbid their offer. However, they gave me information about what was going on with "the board" where brokers post cars to be picked up by drivers, which indicated that the other broker was trying to pull a fast one. In the end, I went back to Kelly and Jeanine, they took no payment for their firm and had my car shipped within 2 days after being back with them. Really honorable and great customer service. Hard to find in this biz.
