Problem resolved with Kelly. Apologized for being unable to transport car and took full responsibility. Was genuinely sorry for our situation and that was appreciated more than anything else. Based on all other reviews, which is why we chose them, they must be doing things well for the most part. Tough business. Only fair to give them a try.
