I had ordered transport from another logistics firm 2 weeks in advance of our target pick-up date. They failed to pick-up as scheduled, promised another pick-up date that was not executed. Their responsiveness to my inquiries was also slow. I cancelled the order and reached out to Door to Door. Loretta had a driver scheduled in a day or so that showed up as promised and I received the car on time. I would definitely go with Door to Door in the future.
