Communication was great, price was right and getting an enclosed dedicated service made the experience all that much better and stress free. From pick up through delivery, the driving team took care of everything. Picked up on Monday morning, drove 1100 miles and delivered Wednesday mid-day with no issues and plenty of communication put me at ease. The broker Roy, did a great job of communicating the process, the cost and what to expect. Followed up afterwards in writing to make sure I understood the process completely. Post delivery followup both via phone and in writing was great to see. Thanks, Bill
