I spoke to Loretta numerous times before I selected D to D as the broker. We got off the plane in Seattle, drove to the rental car to inspect and purchase an Mitsubishi GSX. Two hours later we we on a two week exploration on British Columbia. We do not have a cell phone that works between the US and Canada, so all my communication with Loretta was by e-mail at the hotels. She would always answer my e-mails within a few hours.
