I spoke with Loretta on October 10 about transporting my 2016 Ford Explorer from Wisconsin to Illinois, and told her the car would be ready for pick up on October 12. She called me around 11:00AM on October 12 and said that the vehicle would be picked up that afternoon and she also notified the vehicle salesman that the transport company would contact him about a pick up time. My salesman called me at 2:45PM on OCTOBER 12, and told me that the vehicle was picked up. Later that evening, Alex called me and said that the vehicle would be delivered to me around 8:00AM the next morning, October 13, and the driver, who was very polite, arrived at 8:30AM, unloaded the vehicle, and it was totally perfect, with no damage or problems. Door to Door provided me with excellent service, and if I purchase another vehicle in the future, I will certainly be contacting them again to transport it for me.
