Good brokerage but the drivers they hired damaged my car

Good brokerage transport company and standard like most other brokerages. Some of the most competitive prices and good communication. I went with Door to Door transport to ship my Hyundai Sonata from Texas to Massachusetts because they had the lowest price at the time and figured how hard could it be to simply ship a car safely and reliably? Door to door is just the brokerage but they hired Rainbow Express based in Palm Springs Florida as the transport drivers. I received my car with two deep scratches in the front and rear bumper as if another car's license plate was rubbing against my bumpers during the trip. In addition the interior of the car had black grease stains from the drivers NOT wearing gloves when loading/unloading cars onto their trucks. Upon delivery Rainbow Express denied any liability but I had pictures of the exterior before pick-up and the damage happened during transportation. The driver told me to pay up or he wouldn't unload my vehicle and any claims can be dealt with after by calling their office and insurance. So I took down their insurance information with Orbis Insurance also based in FL but they were difficult to get a hold of and calls went to voicemail. I did get one email response saying they would forward my complaint to the manager but still no contact after several calls. I ended up paying $500 to my insurance as a deductible to get my front and rear bumper fixed. My insurance tried to also submit a claim against Orbis but they've had no luck either. During this time I would have appreciated if Door to Door tried to step in but after the job is done you're left on your own to deal with their driver's they hired. If you use Door to Door make sure you also know what transportation company they are hiring and try to do some due diligence either online or calling them to see if they even answer the phone.
