The car was picked up within hours of setting up the pick up/delivery. The driver was great about keeping contact regarding delivery time and location. The driver was also very patient with a number of family glitches regarding the pick up time and location. The overall experience was excellent. Mikela, the contact person we dealt with, was very helpful.
