I ended up speaking to Mikela 3 times before scheduling for transport of my sons motorcycle. On the third time was when I actually scheduled for them to do the transport. Her driver was here the very next evening (Friday around 6:30 pm EST) with delivery in California to happen between Monday and Wednesday of the next week. Their driver actually delivered the bike Sunday evening around 6:30 PST. We couldn't have asked for any better service and would definitely use Door to Door Transport in the future.
