OMG - What a great experience in Customer Service

WOW - what can I say. I received an online quote from Door to Door for the price of $795.00. When I call, the phone was immediately picked up by Lola. Lola and I discussed the quote and she advised me that she could get a transport for that sum. I advised Lola that I had spoken with another broker and my name may be on the Board but was calling because I was not quite comfortable with the other company I had called. (Price was not the issue.) Lola looked it up for me advised that she could put it in and get me the transport but felt I was in good hands and that I should just leave it with the other company to get the delivery done as soon as possible. She explained some pricing issues which made this make sense. Lola also took the time to explain to me the necessary insurance coverage the carrier must have and how to go about obtaining same. Mind you, I was using a different company.
Lola and her company should be commended for their customer service, honesty and professionalism. I wish I had called them first and should I ever need another transport, I know who to call.
Thank you Lola you took some of the anxiety out of the process.
