Overall the experience was good. There was a small delay in pickup and communication with the driver wasn't perfect. I had to reach out to the driver more than once to find out when he would arrive for pickup. To be fair, he was coming from a distance and cannot anticipate traffic, etc. However, he could have been a little more proactive in contacting me about when to expect him. That said, the driver was knowledgeable and delivered our cars on time and did a good job.
