One of the EASIEST and most efficient transactions I have ever done. First time user. Needed to get a car from a relatives house ASAP. Searched the web, put in my criteria, picked a few that were not the cheapest, read reviews. This company has tons of reviews with minimal concerns. Made a call and talked with JR...within an hour all was complete.. The car was picked up the NEXT DAY!!! how awesome It was delivered three days later only because of the weekend. Driver off Sunday. I had concerns when there was not any paper work left at the pick up location and that I was not called before they picked it up, but all concerns were allayed when both JR and Anthony answered the phone throughout the weekend, with a few requests on my end regarding drop off, to keep me informed of what, where and when...Great experience, thorough, affordable, accomodating, professional and EASY!! Use this company
