I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Door to Door. If I had any questions or concerns, the staff was very prompt in responding, they picked up and delivered when they said they would, and my car arrived without a ding or scratch. There are some shady transporters out there... Door to Door is honest, reliable and very customer- service focused. This is why I am using them again to ship my Mercedes , this time from AZ to Boston, MA.
