Worth the wait!

We had two very bad experiences with two other shippers before finding Door to Door causing huge delays. The first company was a low bid. Never use a low bid. The second company's reviews were average and the service was way below average. I had a quote from Door to Door. The costs were $300 to $400 greater than quoted, total end costs. But, over a month had past until I used Door to Door from their original quote. Fuel costs, distance, and weather were the major contributing factors increasing the costs and no fault of Door to Door. Door to Door actually reduced their fees to offset the unforeseen increase in shipper costs.

Tony's communication was nothing less than outstanding. He found me a reputable shipper that was Oregon based within a few days of signing a contract. These guys were here in 4 days from picking up my vehicle in Winter Garden FL. Wow! Well over 3,000 miles and bad weather too. I was shocked. The vehicle looked great upon arrival. Their drivers were careful and personable and took great care of my vehicle. They were 15 minutes early from the time they said they would arrive as well. They additionally gave me a hand loading my van onto my transport trailer as I met them on the I-5 corridor near Cottage Grove OR.

I would highly recommend using Door to Door and their services/contractors. Whatever you do, READ THE TRANSPORT REVIEWS ABOUT THE COMPANY YOU INTEND TO USE BEFORE YOU USE THEM. DOOR TO DOOR HAS EXCELLENT REVIEWS FOR THE SIMPLE REASON THAT THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO AND NOTHING LESS! I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend these folks to you.
