Good quote and transparent communication

Positives
1. Although I had placed quote bid with multiple agencies, he did not get annoyed with it and provides his best quote and left it for me to chose.
2. Gave added assurance that until a carrier was picked up and dispatched, i won't be charged.
3. Everyone on Agency calling number was prompt to respond and provided details and documents immediately.


Negatives :
1. Got a slight feeling that once the order was placed and one carrier was found, they didn't make much effort to try and find a quicker or cheaper alternative. The 2 days of delay actually cost me additional $100 of car rental, which compensated the competitive price quote.
2. Once the order was in place and was handed to carrier, they didn't seemed to take much interest in tracking and informing customer about progress / whereabouts of the vehicle. Even a system automated updated mailer would have given better feeling.
3. After the delivery, nobody contacted me to check for confirmation and feedback. Only after I called up for receipt did I receive the feedback form. Considering that the feedback is more valuable for them, they should be proactive to get back to the customer ...

But overall I am satisfied with the service due to clear communication and prompt responses.
