Overall the service was satisfactory, the promise of pick & delivery was approximate. The car was received in satisfactory condition, nothing looked out of ordinary and the total cost was way more reasonable in comparison to more than 10 other companies I have contacted ( the other companies prices were ranging from $630 - $875). Customer service was on point; friendly, curteous & professional.
