My car was broke down in Columbia, SC. It was not feasible to use AAA to tow back to Pennsylvania, so I Called Door to Door and talked with Roy who made arrangements to pick up my car and deliver back to Pennsylvania. The initial call was made on the afternoon of 07/19/11, around 2 pm. The car could not possibly be picked up then due to the garage where my car was would be closing for the day. On 7/21, I spoke with Roy in the morning, he said he would check on the driver and get back with me. On 7/22, I received a call from the driver who informed me that the car would be delivered around 12:30 pm. By 1:00 pm the car was in my driveway.
The drivers were also courteous, and professional. If I ever need my car transported I would definitely give Door to Door a call again.
