Motorcycle transport.

I accepted the quote Domestic Transport quoted me and agreed to have them bring my motorcycle to me, May 3, 2011.
After several phone calls over the last two weeks, asking when my bike would be picked up...I find out today, May 16th that they are not going to pick it up unless I pay them more money.
The company representative kept telling me (at first) that they had no trucks going through the Houston TX area. I bet if you drive through the Houston at any given time of the day 24/7 you will see several hundred semi trucks driving through there at any given time. Also, during our conversations she kept eluding to me paying more money to get the motorcycle shipped. The agreement says they will usually pick up the motorcycle within the first 96 hours of accepting the terms...here we are, two weeks later and no has picked up my shipment and apparently no is going to. She advised me that no one will pick it up for the price Domestic quoted me. She could have let me know this before I spent several hundred dollars in hotel reservations (non refundable) for a rally I intended to take the bike to.
DO NOT USE DOMESTIC AUTO TRANSPORT!!!!
BEWARE, THE HAVE MULTIPLE SISTER COMPANIES.
DO YOUR RESEARCH.

This company has wasted a lot of my valuable time and money and I still do not have my motorcycle as promised.

Mr. Quintana, I am sorry that we were not able to transport your vehicle at the rate you were originally quoted. The price you were given was a quote and that was based on what vehicles were shipping for at the time your request was submitted. We were unable to locate a carrier for your vehicle in the time frame and as stated in the terms and conditions, you were told it would take 1 -10 days to secure a carrier and another 5-7 days in transit. I recommended that we place additional funds on the order to entice a carrier to pick up your vehicle and this was declined. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused for you.
