Great service, but had to cancel

When I first spoke with Sherry she was away from the office and taking calls on her cell. She took all the time I needed to explain how the transport process worked and answered all my questions, even though I suspect it was during her personal time. When I needed to call Sherry in the evening, I was given her number at home. Each time I spoke with her she was wonderfully helpful and pleasant. Sherry did the best she could to assist us in moving a car to Iowa but unfortunately, after 10 days, there still was not a truck going where I needed one to go. Sherry was so creative, she even checked surrounding states for departure and delivery possibilities. I loved her "can do" attitude! Because of my limited time frame I was unable to continue to wait for transport and had to cancel our order. My husband is less than thrilled with having to drive the car to Iowa, but I am more than thrilled with the outstanding customer service I received! Thank you Sherry for all your efforts!
