I have very mixed feelings about this review. I very much liked and enjoyed interacting with everyone I came into contact with at DAT. Danielle was fun to deal with and I felt like she was doing everything she could to make this a great transaction. My only problem with DAT is that after 9 days of waiting to have the antique truck picked up Danielle called and told it it could be picked up that day for an additional $120 because it was out of the drivers way. She then emailed me that it was $125. I believed that our contracted price was what I should pay. I feel sure if I'd been willing to wait longer the original price would have held.

If you are looking for GREAT customer service please contact Domestic Auto Transport and ask for Danielle.....Walter- I am sorry you feel I didn't provide you with the 5 star service our company is known for. Unfortunately it does happen when the carrier is requesting more money to transport a vehicle, and being as we had been looking for a while, that is why i provided you with the option. We would have been more then happy to continue looking for a different carrier. Your were such a great customer to work with. I hope your wife is enjoying your new truck. Take care.-Danielle
