I used Domestic auto to transport my '92 Chevy from Oregon to New Jersey, when i had originally called they said that they had transports that ran threw the town i live in all the time, and that my truck would get picked up within the next couple days, that was fine but in reality it took almost 2 extra weeks and i had to get someone to drive my truck all the way to the interstate, this again was ok, i needed my truck and they threw off some money to do that. so then the day that we had agreed on the person driving my truck took the day off to be ready to drive to I5 to meet the transport there, well we got a call saying that they would not be there, this happened 3 times costing the person i had driving my truck days off they saved up along with money for not being at work. Then on the way to New Jersey i tried to call the driver several times leaving a couple messages, never getting a call back until the day before my truck was suppose to be here and him saying he broke down again. I just feel with the money i payed to them they should have been a little more prompt on pick up and delivery. Customer service was great, they just need to choose more reliable transporters. so really if i would use them again or refer them to a friend i really don't know the only reason i stuck it out with them is because they were from the west coast and around were im from. Because i had lots of other offers some even that were cheaper so maybe next time ill go with a different company and not try to do it just because they are from the area where im from.
