My initial requested pick up day was never realized although I asked the company about 4 weeks prior. After all, my car was shipping to the destination 5 days after my requested day, and I had to do rental car. It was frustrating since I wanted to use my stuffs in my car. In addition to that, my car was delivered to me 1 day later than the expected arrival day.

Hi Sadao! I'm a little shocked at the review, considering this is the second time you've shipped with me and both transports have run pretty smooth. I apologize for the delays with the carriers, unfortunately, I don't have control over that.
