On Monday 8/30/10 I booked my car to be shipped from Hawaii to Virgina and put a $400 deposit down to cover the Matson shipping leg. That evening I was able to sell my car. Upon my request, Malia McClain, my honest and very responsive agent, refunded my deposit promptly on 9/3/10.

The one thing that made this company stand out above all the others was the fact that their web site states:

“Best of all, you pay nothing until your car is picked up”.
