Poor Communication!!

Car was scheduled to be pick up on 4/20. Driver called on 4/21 to say car would be picked up on 4/22.. car was pick up on 4/23.. We were never contacted with an updated approx delivery date.. I called, was unable to speak to Elizabeth, however was informed by the young lady on the phone that the car was to be delivered on 4/27.. I informed her that the car had been picked up 2 days late, and I needed a ball park date for delivery, due to the fact that my wife and I travel for business, and needed to adjust our schedules. I was told she would call me back after speaking to the driver, and I never recieved a call with a estimated delivery date. EVER.. There was absolutly no communication what so ever..I called the driver myself, and was given an approx delivery date of 4/28, then on the 28th I called the driver again, and was told he had a flat tire and would arrive on the 29th. Again I called the driver for a time and he informed me he would arrive on the 30th which is when The car arrived... I understand completely how delays can and will occur, however, I never was communicated with at all. My calls to Elizabeth were never returned.

Mr Anderson.....I am very sorry you were not happy with our services, however after reviewing your order I do see where Elizabeth left messages for you regarding the delay on pick up and then again left another message on the status of delivery. Obviously you didn't get them and again I am sorry about the lack of communication. Malia/Sales Manager 360-834-6013
