I submitted for quotes to move my SUV from VA to CA in March. I received many emails and phone calls regarding the quotes, but only one company/person actually took the time to explain the process with me, as well as set expectations with me as to how quickly my car would arrive, how the company found trucks and ensured that my car would arrive safely, etc.

That person was Allen Nicoson and the company was Domestic Auto Transport. Throughout the entire process, Allen worked incredibly hard to ensure that my car would be picked up. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure that I was still satisfied. My car arrived in the exact condition that it was put on the truck in, and the person who delivered my car was very friendly and helpful.

This was my first time shipping a car and if I ever need to do it again, I will use DAT. Allen was always available to take my calls and as I mentioned before, took the additional time to explain everything to me, and make sure that I knew what was going on at all times.

On top of all of thise, DAT's quote was cheaper than about 85-90% of all of the quotes that I received. While transport of my car did take a little bit longer than expected, I can't fault anyone because the pickup location in VA was somewhat remote. And, once my car was on the truck, it arrived much faster than I expected.
