Eventhough I received my vehicle within the window of time given, I'm still uncomfortable with the fact that I never received anything in writing. Elizabeth, my customer service rep, told me twice that she would fax me the relevant information about my contract and I still have not received a fax. The company is offering a $50 rebate which I would like to receive but I have no idea what my contract number is. I will call Domestic again today to try and get a some written information.
