great service

I havn't had much experience personally with Domestic auto transport because I was the receiver of the car. I believe the sender had dealt mostly with the customer service and he had nothing to complain about. I was expecting to get some sort of notice from DAT customer service other then confirmation E-mail as I was very anxious of getting this car in time. I believe the sender received all the contact info of "personal assistant" but I did not which was little disappointing. However I called DAT once to update my phone # because my old phone# on their file was no longer valid. I don't exactly remeber who I spoke to but she answered all the questions I had, updated the number and told me she'd call the driver to update him as well. Few days later the driver called a day prior of drop off for an update which was a great relief. Since our neighborhood was quiet packed with narrow roads and housings the driver drove 18 wheeler down to the closest parkinglot to our house where he dropped off the vehicle. I was notified promptly of an arrival and was able to pick it up a day earlier than estimated arrival date.
Me and the sender decided to use open carrier so car was covered with some road dust but other then that car was in great shape.
I would love to use DAT again and would recommend it to anybody.
