I requested a quote online from Domestic Auto Transport. I was attended by Casi Mabry who provided me with spectacular service. She was responsive, honest, and helpful. I transported my car about a year ago and my experience with a few other auto transporters was anything but honest or helpful. My travel plans were very indefinite. The day after I requested a quote online, I contacted Casi who arranged for SAME DAY pick up! Unbelievable and at a very reasonable price. Based on my experience with this move, I have absolutely no reservation in recommending Domestic Auto Transport and no reservation in stating that Casi provided outstanding service.

The truck service was not as excellent as Domestic Auto Transport. The pickup and delivery were very timely and I was quite pleased with that. The car was delivered dirty. However, I knew it was an open carrier and cannot really complain too much about that. There was no damage thankfully, The truck service wanted me to pick up the car at their terminal which I did not arrange for nor was I in the least happy about. After negotiation with the driver, an "acceptable" delivery arrangement was made (that's about all I can say about it, "acceptable").

Overall, the experience with Domestic Auto Transport was excellent and outstanding.
The experience with the trucker was overall "acceptable" (due to the delivery arrangements that had to be made with the trucker).
